Hi all, this is my first time posting, I am still new to the audiophile world, so pardon me :)

I am given a choice of IE80, X10 or Shure 215. They are all around the same price of 140usd.

I currently have a TF10 but I am looking for a break from the v-shaped signature, can anyone give a good recommendation amongst these three IEMs?

I've recently purchased the Yamaha EPH-100 over the Klipsch X10i as I'm looking for something else that's as good as my Vsonic GR07 but worn straight down.

Not sure why they're all the same price where you can get them from, but in Australia;

Klipsch X10i = $300
Sennheiser IE80 = $450
Shure 215 = $105

Having had the klipsch x10i and shure se215 (which was knackered out the box and so was the replacement so gave up!), a word on the fit (might not bother you but worth mentioning).  The klipsch is a relatively straight forward fit and forget iem, whereas the shures have one of the worst cables I've seen.  This combined with the swivel connectors on the headphones made it one of the worse iems I've tried comfort wise.

Cheers.

It's a weird shootout.

SE215 and IE80 have similar presentation (with IE80 at lowest bass dial), but vastly different soundstaging.
IE80 gives you little isolation and back-row huge soundstage. It is also the warmer of the two.
They're similar fit.
SE215 gives you narrower closer soundstage, a tinge less high end and good isolation.

X10 is very competent and extremely easy fit, but it has lowpassed highest end. A pity in an otherwise great bassy IEM.
It has the most controlled bass of the three.

Thanks for your input guys :)

I looked around the forums in my country and found different deals which is why they're all around the same pricing.

I think i'll just go for the X10 since it has quite a good isolation and fit. But I feel like I'm missing out of the IE80 and its huge soundstage..

$140 for IE80 might be legit if he converted the EU price, which is around $250 and got some real bad price drop.
However it's very unlikely, so yeah.

IE8 can be had for about $200 here at cheapest in 100% legit shops... so who knows.
