I can buy teh 600 used for 280 or the 700 for 160, I have a Little Dot MKII+ so its dark, I want mids and soundstage*sound signature comes last lol, I like both* I will A/B them when I get a chance but I want to know what you guys think.

The HD600 wins hands down.  The AD700s are great cans, but they're no HD600s.  The Senns will also take better advantage of the MKII that you have.  Now if the comparison was between the HD600 and the AD900 or 1000, I'd probably waver back to the AT side, but it'd be a tougher call.

I'm just always weary of buying used, I'm always afraid its going to explode on impact and there's nothing I can do to have it fixed lol. I'll probably get the 600 unless some strange act of god is like BAM GET THESE!!!!

Don't worry about buying used. About 90% of my gear is used or DIY. I've had a handful of minor issues (typically my fault) that I've been able to remedy quickly. If you have a problem with something, just start a thread about it in the DIY section. Someone will be along with a solution in an hour or two.

Plus, when you buy used, you never really lose anything if you don't like it and resell.

It will be like thunderdome - 2 cans enters one can leaves.

I dont have 400$ D: the ath 700 being about 150*supposedly 70* and the 600 being 280 on here, I think I may go for them.... I am happy with my set up but I just am not getting the soundstage from the ultrasones or 80is I would like....or the mids both to aggressave but I do like them.
