@toranku - I'm using the SD01 as well and my faves are the Titanium ( blue ) with spin fit tips. Using FiiO's balanced MMCX cables at the moment.

I actually found the Titanium nozzles to be less recessed with slightly more of neutral tuning. The treble is fantastically detailed for a DD IEM. The bass is that of a typical (read: good) dynamic driver, with plenty of warmth, slam and joie de vivre.

The brass nozzles i noticed gave more of an emphasis on the mid bass.

Perhaps i'll have to give the SS nozzles a second listen as it didn't impress me upon first listen.

But for the money - i would say it is a fantastic sounding IEM that does well for all sorts of music.

Awesome, thanks for chipping in. For me I do think that the mids is the best part. I just wish it was more forward with vocals (I love the mid forwardness of Etys). Great resolution and it does not have the warmth in the vocals that Etys have. A "pure" sound is what I'd describe the FD01 with.

Seems like raw and Harman-Target compensated(?) ((黑色为原始曲线、蓝色为加载Unless that (黑色为原始曲线、蓝色为加载HRTF description means something else.

Black line is raw, blue line is diffuse field compensated (I think, literally it just says "HRTF compensated")

Interestingly, this review and measurements is actually by the CEO of Moondrop, and his review is basically all praises, rates them as TOTL.

Wish my Chinese was half decent! Good iems for treble heads. Ultimately I went with ER4SR over these...but I may pick this up in the future.

Amazon Jp graciously delivered these in 25 hours, door to door. price went down, Yen went down, got a coupon... so here it is.

certainly its treble is the highlight, along with the clarity. but the treble is not fatiguing. it is comfortable as well, despite the weight and size. i had it on for 4 hours straight. let's see how it goes after 100-200 hours.

I recently got the JVC-FD02 and am enjoying them! Its timbre and mids are not as lush as the FW01, but its definitely more balanced! I had to EQ down the bass on the FW01 to get a more balanced tuning and less fatiguing bass.

I'm gonna listen it for a bit longer to allow my brain to get use to them before judging them. One thing which is nice is that the isolation is actually quite good if you get a good seal - especially for this style of earphone. I'm currently using them with the Symbio W tips, and also tried them with wide bore foam tips - I can't get as good of a seal with the Spiral Dots.

The rotating nozzle is a nice feature - though I wish they locked into positions instead of being able to freely rotate. It does have a decent amount of resistance and hopefully stays that way.

Got my FD02 at e-earphone today, so good so far!
I tried other IEM in similar price range (final e5000, akg n30, Westone UM pro 20), the JVC was the best so far for me.
Though they are a bit heavy they fit well in the ears, and the sound is clear and dynamic with no fatigue.
So glad I came to Japan lol

I heard the E5000, I liked them very much. But what makes you think that fd01 is better than E5000? Thanks!
