Is anyone else having the phasing out issue on h40?
Sometimes it just randomly start phasing out on both sides regardless of what cable i plug in. At fisrt i thought the cable started failing but is seems to happen with all i connect. I have tried my other iems with two pins just in case its my source. But it seems fine.
Later i plugged back original cable in and it seems fine.

Is that something inherent to mmcx connectors? I really did not have any iems with them prior to h40.

Ok thanks. I have read that mmcx connectors are not the most reliable. Seems like it is something we have to live with to get decent SQ for a low price. Hopefully it does not get too annoying..

I have ordered a 4.4mm cable but I am not sure if I will ever get my D10...

My D10 is stuck somewhere in Hongkong since March 28th (ordered on March 23rd...)

I've reached out to Penon asking to have my D10 order cancelled, since the shipment has been stuck with HK Post for almost 2 months now, but I haven't heard back yet.

I am in the same boat, Penon will be able to claim insurance on the 28th, 2 months after Hong-Kong post took the parcel. I'll also ask for a refund then. Good luck.

Mine was pending for 2-3 weeks, then it got picked up by DHL. It got delivered 2 days earlier than expected....total 5 days from Hong Kong to Los Angeles

1695ti is newer than Zeniths. But i think acoustune had this adjustable vent design way before IMR.
Besides sound wise i doubt they have anything in common.
Given the price 1695 must be superior. R1 Zenith was only 2nd iem form IMR and it had lots of flaws. Mids were not very good. Treble felt metallic and unnatural.
If H40 was around back the i would have skipped Zeniths for sure. IMR started shining with Rah model. But that is another story.

Acoustune first IEM is HS1551 Cu which has that design already so yea. All of their subsequent models has the same design too.
