Incredibly disappointing. My understanding from the phone conversation was that they do on their own products, but not remolds. I mean I understand that there can be defects from the manufacturer of the original IEMs pre-remold, but this is a really clear cut case where they had a weak solder joint. I've already had a few musicians that I work with get remolds from them, but this makes me want to reconsider future recommendations.

You are better off contacting them by phone, they are always available and Kaysen is exceptionally nice.

I've sent mails to Kaysen and Kim and also via their on-site mailing provision ..
 
yet no one has replied .. Hence I am posting here hoping that an Industry insider will review my mails or contact me for unbuttoning my request..

Mine arrived with them on Monday. I've ordered a rush service but I'm not sure how soon they'll arrive due to the Christmas shipping times. Called once and spoke with Kaysen, was very friendly and found my order very quickly.

I talked to kaysen.. 's'he quoted a price of $155... and gui ling from china quoted $160 .. I might as well go with the gui ling ..now that inearcustoms is up i might as well give them a try!!
