Yeah, mine got there last Friday I believe and I don't think I'll be getting them back for at least another week or two.

Sent in my Triple 1964 to be remolded today. was told it should be at there hands on Monday. hopefully i can get them back the following monday

Unless you paid for the rush service I'd be expecting two weeks minimum atm.  Also I think I'm right in saying they don't work weekends either.

Anyone supply their own image to be inserted on their IEM's?  My wife is a huge Wonder Woman fan and I'm thinking about getting her TF 10's with the WW logo and colors.

If you look on their website it says M-F, I got curious because I was in a hurry to get my remolds back.  To me it was worth the extra $15 to get them back in 7-10 days..which in my case was 7..If I were you I'd try to call by phone they always answer, they are a little slow on email responses.

I don't know if it made any difference, but my audiologist said I had really straight ear canals.  Also I didn't use a bite block, I opened and closed my mouth, and opened it as I would when singing..maybe I just got lucky..

If you page back through this thread I'm fairly sure someone did a wonder woman themed iem from them.

Emailed Kaysen yesterday as to when ill be receiving mine,was told hell check with the lab and no response yet.
FYI. they received it tuesday and asked for a rush service

Got a call today it going to be shipped out today and arrive Weds Morning.
I think the rush service was good but hopefully they didnt make any mistakes on the remold process
