Before I pull the trigger on the IE8, can anyone tell me if they hold up well when the volume is virtually 0? If the detail remains and they still sound nicely balanced? My Sony MDR-7509HD's scale really well and are most enjoyable, but my ER-4S's, while detailed, are too bass shy to enjoy at tiny volumes.

Did you get them fro Advanced MP3 Players? They finally have stock on 5Jan! Hope mine arrive soon too.

Advanced MP3 Players sent me an email about the out of stock IE8 that said that they would be in stock on 5/1/09. I thought for a minute they meant the first of May until i realized that they put day/month/year over there. Thank God.

Received the shipping notification email from minidisc today! They're being overnight expressed to me, so they should be here tomorrow

I heard something about an HD680. If it turns out to be true, then HD650 prices should drop

I just called Advanced MP3 Players! The guy who answered didn't say that it will be available today. He was just looking at the computer system.
I e-mailed them as he advised me. Waiting for response.
