I use the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 buds for on the go so I'm fine. Also Fiio is very good with portable DAC/AMP's like the Btr5

This thing will make a killing

1) Very low cost
2) Support for MQA
3) Checks all the numbers (see bitrate)
4) Low power draw - easily power a number of good IEMs and Over ear options (AudioTechnica ATH-MX50, Meze 99 Noir... on and on)
5) BUILT IN LIGHTNING CONNECTOR
6) Super small footprint

I bought one. Why not? At that price its worth a try.

EDIT - just realized it posted twice .... sorry....

To Cricket4life247

Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 - these are very successful headphones and I use them too.
Compared to the competition, they play the best - but there are already new Sony WF-1000XM4 - so Sennheiser will also show something new
- only premieres this year :). Just nothing --- don't buy and wait :)

Yes😎

I did move to balanced IEM/phone cables earlier this year.

Internal topology of the product if fully balanced, so in this context it makes sense to use balanced cables if possible.

Thanks for the info and for that video before-- powerful and unique bassssss. I'm going to pick up the CAN shortly. Is there a preferred vendor/reseller other than Amazon?

You might want to take a look at our stockists (https://ifi-audio.com/stockists/), find your country and contact your local iFi representative. I hope this helps :)

@Effigy What do you think will be a good closed back to compliment my Sundaras. I looked at the Focal Elegia, but not too sure...
I personally don’t treat closed backs the same way. Unless I am public spaces or areas where people may be bothered by all the sound bleed, I prefer open backs.

That said, when I do use them, I prefer a “fun” sound signature. The Meze 99 Noirs are an example. Not necessarily true neutral high fidelity.
