Hi I would like to ask if I'm to connect the Zen DAC V2 to a power amp via the RCA, should I be setting it to fix or variable?

I generally recommend fixed and allowing the amp to control the volume.

A power amp, as in: an amp without volume control? Or do you mean an integrated amp?

Just MHO, a streamer would be off market. Zen CAN 2 is interesting, but I’m not sure what they could add to the current CAN to make it more valuable …
