Question

Will the xCAN charge fast enough to be use while Charging from a Computer Via USB? Or I need to plug it in an Outlet.

Depends on what kind of power can the Computer provide. If it is a USB 3.0 port that's properly wired, then yes. Otehrwise, most probably no.

Can the LED in Rotary be turn OFF During Use to Conserve Battery life?

Would it consider Double AMPing if the xCAN is connected to a USB-C DAC/AMP Dongle?

You can't turn off the LED during use AFAIK.

It would be double amping in that situation, and I'd recommend staying away from it as a solution.

The xCAN is intended to be connected to the line out of a portable music player, like the FiiO DAPs or iBasso DAPs. if using it with a DAC/AMP dongle which are usually more entry-level products, you'd be amping a pretty mediocre signal. I love the Sonata HD DAC thingy from Hidizs, which is 30 USD, but I love it for 30 USD, it don't stand a chance against a proper DAC/AMP like iFi xDSD.

Hi, if I connect xcan via Bluetooth to my mobile phone, will that be considered as double amping as well?
Thanks.

No, it's not double amping. Bluetooth is nothing more than a wireless data stream.

Just picked up an xDSD second hand (actually the xCAN was second hand too). Still early days, trying to figure out if the two in tandem adds any real benefit over the xDSD alone. I may just keep one... or both...

Got my xCAN today. I read a number of reviews before deciding to order it. I liked the fact that it has DAC capability in bluetooth mode. And the output increase would give me alot more volume, as I'm a rocker and real life volume levels is where I like to be. Balanced in and out sealed the deal. The 3D+ and XBass II seemed intriguing.

It's not exactly what I was expecting...

It's beyond that...this little box kicks!

Now to make a highend balanced cable to go from my Onkyo DP-X1a to this jewel and all will be right in the world.
