Yes, really big one. But none at the ican however I do not find it a reason to buy ican then...

OK so finally I decided to buy ifi idsd pro. Just installed. 2.08 firmware.
And with Roon via Linux while playing MQA I got "OFS 48 or 44 kHz" info. No MQA logo.
DO you know what settings should be put in Roon to do full MQA?
here are current ones:

Tried different DSD playback strategy, enable/disable MQA Core Decoder etc.

Strange. I removed ifi defender and ifi silencer which were put before USB cable and it worked then - MQA is on...

Andromedas are very sensitive, Pro iDSD's headphone out isn't based on an internal headphone amplifier (like the one in Pro iCAN) but line driver, we'd advise to use i.e. Earbuddy to combat hiss.

Just updated to firmware 2.08, the 48k DSD playback problem still persist. 44.1k DSD (and its multiple) plays perfectly fine, but 48k DSD (and its multiple) plays, I can hear the music, but it also comes with a very audible white noise! It was fine before the MQA firmware update.
Tried to submit a ticket through http://support.ifi-audio.com/, after filling out everything and click submit, their web site gave me a 404 (not found)...

I must warn you, you can buy NOS WE396A and they can still don't work, ICan and IDSD it's not tube friendly tube swap.
But if they do you will be very happy.
WE396A create very big stage, very musicality, big, deep and quite fast bas.
In Tube they sound more warm and in Tube+ more sharply.

It voids warranty.

Legally, it would only void the warranty for the damages that would be caused by the new tubes or their swapping, not for anything else.
