I vote for Pachelbel's Canon.

A version of Ravel's Bolero, which never actually got any louder, never reached any climax, just kept going and going and going like that rabbit in the battery advert, until the sidedrummer's arms fell off. Heh heh heh.

And, of course, that classic CD.... Michael Bolton - My secret passion - the Arias. Have you heard this? Michael Bolton singing opera. Painful. Shocking. Just sheer dreadful. A perfect torture soundtrack.

I believe it should be personalized to the "victim".

Pick some of his favorite pieces and mix left channel of one piece with right channel of another. Boost the bass, boost treble to sibiliance point and add some crossfeed maybe.

This way you may even make him hate some if his favs ...

Anything from Love And Theft without the instrumental backing.......old Dylan albums are dandy, but where is his voice now? In Jakob?

Actually, I'd have to vote for the album - the CLASSIC - Misundaztood, by Pink.

Let's get this party started, indeed.
