I'm considering a set of Iem for workout ~100$ and I'm looking at:
sennheiser ocx685i
sennheiser cx680
sennheiser cx980(I own it but it's very hard to get a seal wih silicone because with foamy and when I became sweat the foam fell apart!)
sennheiser ocx880
sony xb90ex(I own it but dont think they are suitable for workout)
etymotic mc5 with comply(I own it too but I hate bass lack)

The Bose IE2, Monster Gym IEMs, Sony XBA1, HF5(offers deep, more secure seal), Klipsch image X10, JVC FXD80 and Yamaha EPH100 are great for workout.

Sound preferences a factor or do is the gym thing the sole factor for consideration? Listening genres, isolation (I'd imagine you wouldn't want it in order to be focused)?
Availability of other models apart from the one listed a factor? Or are you solely limited to these?

I listen to mostly Linkin Park and bass stuff so I need it to be bassy as the cx980 which I'm owning and isolation is not really important with no sibilance! I'm thinking that should I get the bose MIE2i or ocx880 or ocx685
