Last week i ordered both UE 700 and Klipsch S4 from Amazon. 700s have really good clarity and mids but lack some power on the low end. the S4 got really nice bass but the lyrics seem to be muddy. Are there any IEMs for 100$ which combine the bass from S4 with the clarity of 700s? I'm willing to rise my budget up to 150 or maybe 170.

I bought some Westone um1's ($109) a year back and I've loved them. I've found a simple change of insert really affects their presentation too (warmest, very bassy & most comfortable = comply; more detailed but still warm sound & comfortable = olive; more clarity/detail w tight bass & a bit less comfortable - though longest lasting = ety tri-flange mod to bi-flange). My favourite is the last, which is still warmer than a lot of iem's in the range without losing detail.

Sumflow - ...  I wear them the recommended way, looped over the ear - I meant change of foam insert/sleeve (the little pads that actually go inside the ear and provide the seal)

xing - yes, they (and others) are available on amazon or any number of online retailers. For a few dollars you can try a couple different sorts of foam inserts/sleeves to see if they can give you the sound you want before buying jumping to a new pair of iem's, especially considering your 700's likely have more potential than anything you could get new for $100... just make sure you get sleeves that fit (the iem and your ear).

I would definitely look into these:

Fischer Audio DBA-02 ($170)

Radius DDM ($150)

Head-Direct RE-0 ($80)

The first two are good suggestions, but I'm a bit puzzled by the recommendation of the RE0 if the OP thinks the UE700 doesn't have enough bass...

With the OP's budget, he can get the RE0 and an inexpensive amp (ex. CMOY BB, Fiio E5, etc.). In my opinion, the RE-0s are only bass-lite when they are being underpowered, with tons of juice, they sound fantastic (especially considering their price).

That's true, but instead of spending $100 on the RE0 and ~ $50 dollars for the amp, with all the inconvenience that entails, the OP will still probably get more bass by spending that $150 on any number of great, easy to drive $150 candidates...

Then again, you can always use the amp for future IEM purchases. I suppose it depends on how much portable listening the OP wants to do.
