Has some one paired the BL with the LCD 2Cs ? Any impressions would be appreciated.

Is there any sound difference between a 6.5 mm plug and a 3.5 mm plug? I'll be pairing a Focal Elear with the Micro BL and apparently have the option of either. Will be looking to replace the cable with a shorter one.

No sound difference. To use a 3.5mm connector you'll need an adapter anyway and the furutech provided with the BL is of high quality.
Depending on the other gear you'll be using the Clears, I'd go with a 6.3mm connector for a bit better stability (less moving mechanical parts). Or if you use mostly 3.5mm gear go with that one.

It pairs well with the LCD 2C, not like the most amazing pair but it's good. The iFi micro BL is good with almost any headphone, I don't remember trying something that sounds bad on it. Considering that it's a portable unit I think it's going to be hard to find something better in it's price range.

Wait, the Micro BL comes with a 6.3 to 3.5 adapter? It's also the Elear, not Clear.

Yep, you're right, one of the accessories. Didn't expect that.

He means the other way around (but I guess it depends on which direction you are describing too, lol).

It really is about as all around as one can be. Whether it's used as a portable, transportable, or even a full time desk top. It can really compete with most pieces within up to 5 times its price. Like the HD800, I will NEVER get rid of my BL.
