on sale for $400 you say, why do I want to buy this device I don't even need!!!!
Nevermind, found it at Adorama. Damn, I thought this thing was a serious value buy at $550, I couldn't resist pulling the trigger on it at $400. Kind of curious if it can power my new LCD-4 on Turbo mode. If so that will be some fun vacations this summer bringing my LCD-4 & iDSD BL on the road with me. Pretty crazy how good portable sound quality has gotten.
I still think even 600ish is fair for this thing, it's just that handy
Have to agree. Been using it a lot with the HD800/Z1R/Andromeda and handles all three fine. I can see this thing managing an LCD-4 easily.

Well it's able to drive the he4 pretty dang well so I'd assume the lcd4 should workout nicely
These are silly statements. On paper, many things should be able to power the LCD4. In practice, it needs a heap of power and I'd be reticent to say anything adequately powers the LCD4 without having a field test. Let @goldendarko
try powering the LCD4 then report back. It would be folly to assume anything about this and the LCD4. I found that the the iCAN SE got sufficient volume with the HE-6, but not sufficient sound quality. Just because the watts are enough on paper doesn't mean the amp does an adequate job.
