I would advise to turn off the player and plug in to charge for a few hours and then come back to it
I would try a low current charge from a computer. Also you can go into the recovery menu with the unit off by holding the forward button and then plug it into a charger or computer. If you can get into the recovery menu, I would then do a data wipe and reset.Battery was at 100% on both earlier this afternoon, 91% on digital when first shutdown happened.

Sorry to hear that... I guess RMA is the answer then?!Thanks for the tips.
Tried them both and still no joy
I've had the DX plugged into laptop for a while and no life from it.
Also tried the recovery menu tip but again nothing.
Just seems to have died

I would leave it hooked up to the computer for a few hours. Then try a long press of the power button and then a short one.Yep, guess so.
Amp3 are authorised retailer in UK so hopefully be trouble free process.

How does apple lossless run on it?Lovely combination for a lazy Sunday morning listening.
Thus far, pretty well. The earlier beta versions were patchy but thus far the final version has been running without incident. How does apple lossless run on it?

I think neither Mango nor any other app will recognize the music downloaded by the Tidal app, Deezer app, Spotify app, or any other service app.Thinking I’m gonna order the DX300 tomorrow. How is iBasso’s track record of updating their devices with more current OS’s and such? Considering the M11 Plus is on Android 10 with less hardware, I don’t think this unit is incapable of running on a newer version of Android. Judging off the first post of this thread, the DX300 came out about a year ago, are they gonna be dropping a DX300v2 in the next month-ish? Regarding streaming… is the Mango player capable of recognizing downloaded tracks from services like Tidal? I couldn’t find a way for my M11 (1st gen) to see the tracks & play them, natively. (Not looking to screw with the digital files. I’m fine with paying for a music service, but would prefer to not be tethered to their apps 100% of the time).
I am not sure what you mean. The DX300 works great with a number of apps.I think neither Mango nor any other app will recognize the music downloaded by the Tidal app, Deezer app, Spotify app, or any other service app.
