I think the iBasso will make a tube module for the DX300, it's only matter of time.

I'm hoping, too.
If not, another DX model w/ tube amplified DAP i.e. DX300T or something...
The tube module's not build able for the slim line 300

I love modifications and that is for sure, but I can’t promise this 😅. It takes a long time to really develop it properly, and I still don’t know what is going on with it LOL!!
haha was just messing ofc. My (and many others i believe) problem is that you are not a greedy person and are not willing to make a fortune out of your skills. otherwise we would all be owning ex amps.

hopefully ibasso will do the boring work for you again. for a run of nice amp8ex-fe mk2 lol.

especially now that we know that amp modules are a thing and can be messed around with without losing warranty.

ohh im stoked again!!

so slim amp modules... (dac and amp??)

how to get to them?

a two piece and slide it off? Looks like grips one the side

maybe just amp boards with case?

if so my hope is that the battery is also easy to access and alsoeasy to change.

i did change the DX200 and DX220 batteries as i thrashed them both with god knows how many hours -

Actually i never even thought about it. But what if the would also be dac module?
I mean not like Cayin . but independant from amp.

Is that eve possible in such a slim chasis?
