HDP-R10 for Japan, DX100 for the rest of the world. It is just a name change, i.e. T5 is known as A02 in Japan, T3 is known as T3HJ.

If the ics are available, the production takes more or less the same time, as any other similar electronic product. The critical stuff is in the engineering phase. We do not want to have hardware bugs or software bugs, at least not at the discussed price point.
 
possible hardware bugs:
 
- noise caused by the screen
- too high temperature
- one-drop-breaking-components
