im a drummer and for that i need headphone that can cancel noises,
and music listener (like 2 hours each day)
and on the top of that im a gamer so i need comfortable headphones
the maximum i can spend is 200$ not more.
i know for a fact that very good music headphone can be much more useful for games than game headsets (steelseries,tt,razer...)
i need you guys to help me choose the best headphones for me,

I'm not an audiophile by any means but i think you should go with the Sennheisers, looks much better.
moreover, i think you should just buy the Audio Technica ATH-A700X, that's what people suggested to me when i asked for good pair of headphones with lots of similiar stats

For extreme isolation, you can get an Etymotic ER-4 on sale right at the limit of your budget. For even more, you can get a cheaper iem and put earmuffs on top. 
 
For regular headphones, the best for isolation are the Senn HD280/380, Beyer DT770 (w/gel pads), Senn HD25-1-ii. There's also the Beyer DT770M which is meant for drummers, but from reviews it apparently doesn't sound as good, although it does isolate better.
