Ok so I have the Samsung P3 for more than a year and here are my comments:
-Great quality sound when using EQ
-Tiny screen for touch ending up 3 over 4 times with unwanted selection
-Great BT to cell phone connection
-Screen is NOT usable outdoor at all in sunny days
-Fonts could be larger
-No gapless (important with my car's usb audio)
-Haptic feedback gives a bad feeling on this device
-Very slow menu (though I am a Nexus One user

)
 
So mainly I want a better UI as much in design than in speed, better quality sound, more accurate touch selection...
The Cowon J3 looks like the device that I should take but is Cowon going to release another device soon?
Is the J3 going to make me happy?

J3 does have BT but I don't know if it can connect to your phone(an android to be exact)

you can adjust the font size on J3

J3 has gapless with MP3, but I don't know about the others.

Unfortunetly I don't think I will get the chance to buy one, first nobody want to buy my P3, B&H doesn't send to Hotel (my sister is in NYC), B&H anyway didn't mention that we have to add 10% tax and 22$ for fast delivery...
I could buy it online to my country Lebanon but for exemple B&H counts 56$ UPS alone + 20% local tax...it ends at the price of a PS3!
Now if somebody knows an Asian online shop which will not take a so abusive delivery I will reconsider buying it again.
The DHL delivery of the RE2 from China to Lebanon costed only 18$
