Dave’s DAC+digital pre mode doesn’t have crossfeed either. It is only available in its headphone mode as I know.
False.
Every output or mode can be used with crossfeed.
At least on the Dave.
Don't remember how it is on TT2 haven't been using it for quite some time - but im pretty sure it's the same.

someone told me the crossfeed on headphone mode is also in play on dac mode. so to change crossfeed mode, u have to go into headphone mode to do it (ie stuff a 1/4" plug into Dave), then swap back to dac mode.

The thing is though, DAC mode is entirely unnecessary. It is ONLY a volume setting. There is only one output circuit in Chord gear, and the volume control is effectively lossless.

I am looking forward to the arrival of a new silver Hugo TT2 from Todd The Vinyl Junkie. I had / have the original Hugo (Experienced battery death for the second time, probably my fault as I use it as a desktop and keep it plugged in all the time). I participated in the TTVJ Lender Program for the Hugo 2 and wrote a detailed comparison of the two, and I’m now really excited about the TT2!

For TT2 / TToby direct to headphone users (Abyss, Susvara etc), do you use the TT2 in Lo or Hi? I read previously that people heard no hum from the TToby when no music is playing but I am experiencing a bit of hiss (regardless of volume, even when TT2 is on mute) but definitely not noticeable when music is playing loudly though.

I am trying to hook up my iPhone to the TT2 by Bluetooth. I got as far as it asking me for a PIN. I have no idea what that PIN will be, as all I see on the TT2 is xIP. Any idea how to proceed?

@feddar, I think that your iPhone is asking for a passcode that will allow it to sync with the TT2. Have you setup a passcode on your iPhone, and which model is it? You’ll also will need to download the latest Apple software updates. Go to settings, and then to Face ID & Passcode to create a 6 digit passcode for your phone. Of course I’m just guessing. 😃

@feddar, is it your iPhone that’s asking for a PIN pairing?

It's in your manual. I believe it's 0000
