Regarding the currencies.
In my previous post about an Australian shop giving away Mojo+Poly with any new TT2 being a good or bad deal I wasn't exactly referring to the numbers on the bank notes but to the actual value.
There are a lot of countries with many zeros on their bank notes but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. It is just the nature of currencies.
A US citizen first time seeing a bank note over '1000' proves only ignorance and lack of travelling.
A country having 10.000 notes or higher doesn't necessarily mean it has a weaker economy. It is way more complex than that.
What I meant was 8500 AUD is almost 6000 GBP which actually is more than a TT2, Mojo and Poly in the UK as the three items would cost just under 4900 GBP in the UK.
I know, import taxes and custom fees are a crazy rip off, but the currency exchange puts the Australian deal of the century in perspective.
This has nothing to do with certain countries having higher value notes than the actual US dollar. Bringing up the old lira is absolutely irrelevant in this case. Although interesting.
