I would connect from the balanced if I can, the chord company will be able to box it off for me, I'm gonna phone them tomorrow and get a price.I know it's gonna be worth it as the detail that I get from headphones is mind blowing

That was indeed my concern, the current capability. Since I plan to drive speakers directly with the Hugo TT 2.

I wouldn't care too much about current capability – 7 or 18 watts (max.) don't mean a lot of current.

Today I fired up my TT2 for the first time. To be honest initial impressions were a little disappointing. Just now added my HMS..... OMG I'm now listening to MUSIC! This is not subtle. to my ears.

I can't solder mate, OK I can but not sure how much flux to use with the solder and need the right solder

I'm very surprised you were disappointed with just the hugo TT 2 and I'm sure Mscaler takes it further but I think the hugo TT 2 is far from disappointing in my opinion

Well I have 66 year old ears and have enjoyed Mojo/Poly, H2, and was a little underwhelmed by TT2, but I'm sitting here now really enjoying the TT2 with HMS, but I'm doing something wrong because I can only get it to upscale to 705, any help appreciated. Probably should raise this on the HMS thread.

Can I ask without the M scaler why were you disappointed in the hugo TT 2 ? far better than hugo 2 and mojo to my ears
