HQPlayer Impressions and Settings Rolling Thread

I'm trying to play qobuz through hq player and having a difficult time setting it up. I feel like it should be intuitive but it isn't. I downloaded files for offline play and they will not show up in hqplayer desktop.. From the client I only see local host and no qobuz option.

I found the file path qobuz uses for offline library and hq player will not recognize the files. Also not sure how to stream qobuz to hq player. I'm using the demo. Any help?

This guide was not helpful. I only have localhost option on the left drop down from client. No files showing up for desktop.
Not sure what step I'm missing but it feels like it's obvious. I don't see qobuz as an option on the client. I only have local host. From the hq player desktop it won't recognize music from my qobuz offline library path.

How do I stream qobuz to hq player?

How do I play local files from my qobuz offline library?

In the client I can click on qobuz after I connect to localhost and then press "album view" on the left:

I do not see any options on my hq player client "album view". I selected localhost on playview.

That's what you see when you didn't connect to localhost correctly, you cannot select a source until you have a succesful connection. I must say the client is not very transparent about whether it has succesfully connected or not..
Unfortunately I can't think of any reason why you'd fail to connect to localhost :frowning2:

I figured it out. I closed hq player and qobuz and got it to connect. Any idea of where to start for coverting pcm to dsd for the dac200?

Have you installed the ASIO drivers for the 200?

Did you change the backend output to ASIO?
