I dont have experience with this type of mixer for use in home,so I cant say yes or no.I dont see how youre going to connect video to your monitor/TV,unless you plan on splitting the audio from video,in which case youre looking at quite a bit of wires.

I already have them separated, currently i have the ps4 connect to my monitor, than i have a 3.5mm to 3.5mm that goes from the monitor to the mic in on my pc.

If youre confident that youre capable of wiring correctly I dont really see a reason why the last mixer wont work.I dont think that mixer was designed to do what it is youre wanting it to do,but that doesnt mean it wont work. You are looking at quite a few adapters and wires though.
As to how it will sound,I have no idea.

I bought a mixer/splitter from Amazon or ebaz.4 in/1 out. RCA connectors for audio. Works great!

Any solutions found? I want to connect my PC and DAP to (mixer? that combines both channels into one output with volume control) my RME DAC then from RME to the tube amplifier. Can this be achieved without loss in audio quality?
