Gav007, did that case in the picture come with a Westone product?

Was looking at getting a pelican case and was wondering where I can get soft padding (something like what's shown in the picture), etc for inside the case...

Pelican cases (small ones) come with a sheet of foam which i think is pick-n-pluck. If not there are plenty of foam places less than $10 that would give you foam for it, and you could pick what ever color you wanted the foam, etc

In my pocket with various knives and shards of glass.

As a relatively compact case, the UE case is very nice, well built, and elegant looking.

I don't think I've really seen better than Etymotic's case though, but it's just not really portable.  It does have the more standard case, but I guess if you're so worried, you'd be using the big boy anyways.  Plus you always have all the accessories with you too.

I'm pretty confident I won't goof up and fall, and I usually will always have them in my pocket so it's hard to steal... I'm always checking to make sure they're there haha.  Iems are pretty small things to truly get broken in your pocket

my case with foam

What model is that, does it fit in your pocket. I was thinking of getting an OtterBox 1000, since Pelican doesnt make a case near that size.

That's a pelican 1010 with the foam that you buy separately. It came out to be around 15 bucks total I believe? It might be more if you buy online where shipping is involved.

It *could* fit in your pocket if you have really large ones. I usually just throw it in my bag. I only carry my customs in that case however. everything else is altoids can or if the case that comes with the earphones is good enough to be used such as the sound magic case.

I bought a clamshell case for my zune and it has a mesh pocket on the opposite side.  I either keep this case in my pocket or locked up when out.

Seeing as I have received a number of MEElectronics IEMs, I have a bunch of their zippered hard cases lying around so I use those for transporting my more expensive or less durable IEMs.
