Anyone knows if the BA is able to read the Transcend 32gb Class 10 micro sd cards?
About to order one and I'm just hoping there will not be any incompatibility.

Not sure, but general rule of thumb is that you will have to format it to FAT32 for compatibility.

Have had my Rocoo BA's for a couple of days now. Initial impressions:

1. Good size, bit boxy, could have used more curves. Solid as a miniature brick.
2.  Navigation kind of sucks. Have yet to figure out a way to just play all songs in random, or maybe I'm just an idiot. Buttons can be buggy.
3. SQ - sounds great as expected, but only with the right earphones. IE80 sound great with this player, as does the GR07. Not so much the cheaper Rocket R-50. More earphone testing to come. Also, some music just really sounds outstanding on this, while some does not; more to come, if I can nail what I hear into words.

Will give it a recommended at this point, given the right earphones, but keep in mind the negative of the UI.

More to come, possibly a comparison against the mighty J3.

Thank you for your impressions.

To play in a random way:

>settings>Play mode>Random

Voilà...:)

Any idea where i can maybe find a case for this?
Really afraid of denting its awesome structure!

Also, where do i find firmwares for this player and how do i go about instaling it?

The firmware for the BA is the same as the Rocoo P and it's already installed in the player. You can find it on Head-fi.

For the installation, If you really need it, M. Jack-Fu has a "step by step" explanation, feel free to ask him.

Double check with hisoundaudio, but Jack informed me that the RoCoo-P can support upto 64GB, so cannot see any reason why the -BA cannot.

SD card formatter link https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/

Download the s/w, This enables you to format, etc to FAT32. I have used it successfully. However, if you have a SD card that has some bad sectors, or faulty, or FAKE this s/w will not pick it up.

If you want s/w to perform these functions I can recommend this. http://www.heise.de/download/h2testw.html I have used this to highlight some fake cards (they report 32GB and format as 32GB but in reality were 2GB), so buy your sd cards carefully, as fakes, etc are on the increase.

Hope this all helps.
