OK. I think it's about time iems and ciems get their own thread on summit-fi section.
With the new flagships like SE846, K3003, and IE800, it makes sense that there is a summit-fi thread for them.

As for iems and ciems, lets only discuss about $600+ iems.(I know that some iems under $600 are worth mentioning, but this is a summit-fi thread)

Feel free to post pics or start a discussion about any iems.

Nice. RSA amps are surprisingly small I see... How do you like the SE846?

Kim,

Once you go balanced it is impossible to go back. I really enjoy the tube like sound of Ray Samuels amps.

I love the 846. Shure took the 535 and added greater clarity, transparency and a bass that has to be heard to be believed in an IEM. If you liked the 535 you would love the 846 if not...the polite treble and mid forward sound may not be your cup of tea.

I should be able to demo a SE846 when I go back to Korea. They have lots of stores with SE846 demos.

Anyways, I can't take advantage of balanced set up yet because I don't have any balanced iem or hps. But the tube like sound is getting me interested in RSA.
