HiFiMan Susvara

Question for those who have used speaker amps with the Susvara: Have you used straight wire adapters or included resistors in the path?

Also while there is some talk of underpowered amps for the Susvara, is there such a thing as having too powerful an amp - as long as it is clean power?

Maybe something like this can happen? :p

can somebody confirm that the stock cables of the Susvara are the same as the ones from the HE1000? are they as microphonic and unpleasant to the touch?
They must have changed them the outer shell does not feel like the He1000 rubbery.cables I didn't notice any micro phonics but I am using MIt cables.

The cables mine came with appear to be the same as the ones that my HE 1000 V2 came with.

Hopefully the cable is of good build quality. There is a youtube video of the Susvara cable that looked like the shielding was coming off at the splitter.
You can hear the squeaking every time he rotates the cups in that video...... :disappointed_relieved::face_palm:

The cables mine came with appear to be the same as the ones that my HE 1000 V2 came with.
So that's another thing the susvara borrowed from the HE 1000 V2 (which means no extra investment whatsoever in R&D), what a shame.

Name another company besides Audio GD.

I think Audi GD is an exception, The fact they have pictures of their workers & their workstations as if to sell they craftsmanship along with the product in their website.

edit:

I'll give you OPPO, never heard QC problems with them.
You can add Auralic to the list of quality Chinese manufacturers.
