When you say "RAW" sound would you compare it to a more reference, analytical, colder kind of sound? Like perhaps FiiO X7? Or is it something else again.

Ok so I found the Fiio X7 to sound NOTHING like you describe, it was super smooth and laid back with default amp So NOT like that. It sounds more reference for sure, but too me, not in the way I have heard it before. It feels as if music has zero veil or filter, for better or worse, it is the opposite of laidback and quite aggressive, so it will sound great if your music sounds great.

That dap is even more limited and I think it is 6-10 unit release and extremely costly.

The so mentioned music players, not that are expensive but all the firmware updates cannot make their operations perfect.
I am focusing now on the Lotoo Paw Gold Touch and how it is.

And is there an internal storage capacity or just one micro sd card? And if so, can it read the 400GB sandisc micro SD card?
