Do you guys use that little piece of foam that's attached to the upper rear corner of the driver when you're using the Audeze vegan pads?

Has anyone had any experience with HE6 and/or speakers on a Marantz PM-11S1?

 

On paper it has some good features like two sets of speaker’s outputs and a phono in so I can play my old vinyl again. The price for this used amp is 1300 euro.

The paper is standard 8.5" x 11". Fit the image to that and it will be the right size. I'll see if I can get it in PDF format so it can't get resized.

I get my INT-150 today, but the owner has lost the gold u-shaped XLR shortings...
And my DAC is RCA only... So the question is, can I use XLR cable with XLR-RCA adapter? Or any other easy idea to get such XLR shorting plugs?

 This is advised from Nelson himself. If you can solder,  get two male XLR connectors join pin 1 and 3 and you have a  XLR shorting. Use about 18 gauge wire or some solid copper.

First impression is that INT-150 and F6 sound very similar. First Watt looks much nicer and feels much better built. Why dident they make Pass Labs all flat black... It looks so much cooler. 
I wont bother to compare the amps before I get my BTG cable tho.

Just out of curiousity , how much does the amp weigh (lbs please,I'm metric weight "challenged")

(I just love "substantially solid" audio equipment; There's no substitute for mechanical integrity when you take you take your playback equipment seriously) (No "Electrophonic" rack system for us !)

He,he....There's no such thing as too heavy when you're talking about an amp,It's always better to have a more substantial output transformer than you are ever likely to need .( I'm talking in terms of general Audiphile use & not necessarily just for headphone applications)

Is there a current consensus on the best grill type and felt adhesive?
 
I am looking for a felt adhesive that can be removed easily without residue, but still stay on as long as it's not removed by hand (similar to a 3M material) so I can remove it just in case I need to send it in for warranty service.
 
Also is the template for the fuzzor mod on the first page the best template or is there a revised V2?
 
Very excited to do this mod hopefully it will change the sound a bit better
