It is quite a thick and heavy cable from what I have seen so i agree that it likely weighs more than 120g. I am not sure where Loquah got the figure of 530g for the T1 seeing as the weight without the cable is about 350-380g (this is not an exact figure).

 
The Beyer website... I was looking for driver size and was shocked to see 530g of weight. From memory it didn't specify with or without cable, but I guess it makes sense that it's with cable given that it's a fixed cable.

The HE specs are without pads, so you should add another 40 gram

When I had the HE500 I loved the sound as an alternative to my T1's but the weight was impossible so I sold them. If the new 560 is even on the same level as the HE500 I will be first in line to get them. I will wait for early reports then jump on it if is reported as good as the HE500. I still love my T1's but the HE500 sound for classical music was for me a perfect contrast and will become my second favorite headphone. We shall see.

There's a place in the Intl District that mixes both tea and coffee into a latte, sounds weird but it's really good.
