That EQ looks pretty correct for neutral response, but I would not reduce the 6khz area like you have, because on the HE400 that area is not boosted, anything above about 7.5khz is boosted quite a lot but 6khz is recessed along with the rest of the upper mids, so you are prob losing a bit of detail there by reducing that.

I agree I added a slight dip to the 7-10k area then brought it back up around 14-20k. I need to get easy Q working so I can fine tune it alittle better but it's an improvement!

I'll do the tests increasing 6khz >> 0db going to scale the peak of 8-10 khz up

If you look at the frequency graph of the HE400.... 6khz is actually almost the quietest part of the whole headphone, then it has a bump at about 7khz > so lowering 6khz further with EQ is probably not a good idea.... However if it sounds good to you then do whatever you like...

WHERE can I order some Jegger Pads :O I just had a revelation! Pull the ear cups like 1mm away from ur ears and OMG THE FREAKING SUB BASS EXPLODES... what the hell Hifiman why would you DENY me such WONDERFUL SUB BASS 
 
Or better yet I could make some kind of Jegger Hybrid J$money pad
