Hiby R6 Pro - serious upgrade to popular DAP

The only "noise" I had, was noise generated due to the low output impedence. To achieve a more or less totaly black background, you have to increase the output impedence, like they did on the R6.
(For more details, look at Post #936)

Running my HE-400 off 4.4 balanced, with a 4.4 to 4pin XLR adapter. Still silent.
No interference from any other device, even if my phone is lying on top. Not even when when the phone rings, or gets a text message.

I don't have left channel clicking, or delays. I did not have that issue on the old unit either.

Cool Thanks for the response.

Does anyone have the option in the Hiby Music app to fix the sampling rate 384K? On my device the max is 192K, in the Hiby Music app.

In Neutron I can set the max to 384K, which should be correct, per the dual ess dac design.

Mine sounds like one of those old school CD drives when they used to make a reading noise whenever it is loading data or like someone is making light scratching noises on a record player.

Dunno if my unit is defective, but it seems apparent that not everyone has this problem. Any word, Joe?

I just received a new R6 Pro (international version), and for some reason the media keys (play, previous & next) do not operate within the Hiby music app, but work as expected in both UAPP and Neutron. The firmware is build 1.1G, and the buttons are set to "operable" in the system settings. Am I missing something?

I don't have any noise until my R6Pro gets to within 5mm of sat on my phone (with wifi, bt and data on)

I guess those apps are gaining priority over HiBy for the button presses...
do those apps launch over HiBy when you press these buttons? Would force closing these apps in settings help?

Have you checked for OTA updates ?

I'm on 1.11G beta
Is that G or beta? Is your device on Chinese or international rom? AFAIK HiBy gives all international roms the G suffix and all the Chinese roms the "beta" suffix (facepalm)

Good point if these apps have android auto starts in background or services running.
Try disabling or uninstalling the other music player apps.
