The latest version available on Google Play
That can vary from user to user and device to device. To top it off we don't even have direct access to that at headquarters.

Can you check the version number in settings->apps->Poweramp?

To confirm, i can not get a stable connection without hickups even though the phone is right next to the player
Is there anything wrong with the bluetooth module of my player maybe?
Don't have any such problems with other devices
My i ask again if there is a solution for this?

Bluetooth DAC function is basically unusable🥲

Sorry for the late reply. Try emailing hello@hiby.com .

How long since receiving the player was it when you first posted about this?

Thanks a lot for your reply, i will write a mail.

I remember that I had bluetooth issues already when I got it (i should be able to find the old mails) but did not use the DAP all that much and when I did just as a streamer or with local files.

But when i was travelling with it as only source and wanted to use it as bluetooth DAC it started bothering me and overall it just would be nice being able to use that feature every once in a while.

What was your solution?
I have managed to find a right setting amongst thousands inside Poweramp that repairs a buttons issues. By default installation it's having this problem, I spend quite a some time to get to this.

If anybody facing same inconvenience would be suffering I cold share my saved settings .JSON file for direct import into Poweramp that would fix this issue for you with R6III

I am not an R6III user but I wanted to write. Did Audiolab not work when connected to external power or did you try to give all the power from USB with R6 III? If it is connected to a power source other than USB, change the "Disable USB audio routing" setting in developer options and try it. If it is only powered via USB then use an adapter that allows for an additional USB power cable. And try to connect other android phones to Audiolab.

The speed at which files are accessed on the card may be related to the card's reading speed. Is your card fast enough? For example, does the speed make a difference when you try to read data from the card from your computer?
Thanks for the reply. That sounds promising... How do I get to 'developer options'? Be gentle with me, I'm completely new to Android...

I am a very polite person, don't worry.🤗

To enable Developer Options on your Android device, follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Go to About phone (or About device).

3. Tap on Build Number 7 times in a row. This will enable Developer Options.

4. Once enabled, a new Developer Options section will appear in the Settings menu, where you can access various advanced settings.

With these steps, you'll be able to access Developer Options.
