My pair finally arrived a few days ago. I had forgotten that since my placing the order my CC had expired, so I had to update the details with Todd to get my pair.

They have now broken in nicely and sound great.

I got the email yesterday as well. I never thought I would ever be so happy about someone charging my debit card. I also called to change the shipping address on my order since I won't be at my apartment for a week and a half. Hopefully, that's sorted out so I just enjoy my HF2s as soon as they arrive.

Received my pair #404 ordered on 3 July, wow now these things are nice to look at.
Plenty of bass maybe a bit bloated, highs not as shrill as say 325i, a little toned down.
Still too early to pass opinions so...............................let the burn in begin.

That's the Achilles Heel of the Grado.

Unfortunately, if you putz around with the padz, you screw around with the SQ more than almost any electronics can influence it.

G-Cushions feel great and kill the SQ. To me at least.
