No I was surprised that they did a terrible job with isolation, I actually found them nearly unlistenable once we got in the air and switched to my klipsch image s4's. I wish I could have gotten him to put them on once we landed though

You need some pretty sick isolation on a plane. It's pretty brutal to be without it. Or if the plane is big enough, nab a middle row seat.

That's no reason... The reason for not saying anything (for me) is you know that regardless how hard you try to convince them, they will stick with those things until the end.
