2 guys at my Coffee house in Cary, one had a pair of I think Grado/Allesandro MS-1s or maybe SR225s with the button removed and I think red wiring. I missed him to ask on my way out after work. Didnt want to interrupt them.

Nothing noteworthy at my school yet... I think I saw some sort of Pansonics, and enough iPod buds to make you cry.

However, I did see some nice cans in Vancouver last week... The first Grados I've ever seen in person

... even if they were only iGrados.

Just the day before yesterday, it seemed like every other person on the street here was wearing Porta Pros :) They seem to be very popular around here.

And at work five colleagues have these. Of course, they might have been ifluenced by someone :)

around here the most popular headphone is the portapros. The PX100 is also quite popular. The wankstas use skullcandies, but there arent THAT many of them, and people actually seem to upgrade their ibuds to portas. Now, that doesnt really say yhey want better audio, its just cheap and everyone else has them, but its still good. My spanish teacher's got an Apache on order. Atleast thats what she told me when she saw my IE8s

I used to wear K701's in the wild, I wouldn't recommend it unless you deal well with people laughing in your face. Korean kids seem to like wearing cans that look similar to old aviation ones but I don't think they are of any real substance sonically other than looking cool.
I bought some se530's after getting sick of getting stared at, I'm now considering getting some sr325i's. Any thoughts on their inconspicuousness, do any of you wear them in the wild?

Did some celebrity wear a pair recently? I saw a pair worn by someone in the Value Village in Vancouver, very thrifty.

I also saw someone at school with Senn HD435s. And PMX200s at church
