Headphone Sightings 2

Saw a dude on the bus the other day with er4p, wanted to tell the guy to get an amp. Yesterday a guy came into the coffee shop I work at with some clear iems with really dirty looking foam tips and I thought they were UM1s or something, but they were e2cs. He looked at me like I was crazy for asking about them. I wonder if I've ever ran into any head-fiers without knowing.

Hey, maybe that was me. I was waiting for my amp to come. Now I'm waiting for a nice pod>amp cord that should arrive in the mail today, I hope.

Maybe I should add this to my signature:
Chicago Buses: 146, 145, 135, 151, sometimes 148. :)

I saw a guy in Bristol wearing the HD595's. Not the best for portable useage. I happened to be walking quite close to him, and hear pretty much zero leakage as well, he must like his music quiet/inaudible!

I saw a guy with Sennheiser HD 25-1's on Friday, he looked quite happy wearing them. Sadly, I had forgotten my pair, or otherwise it would've been a nice conversationstarter.

Positively nothing here in Greece.

I've only seen 2 pairs of SportaPros, and the one time, the girl that was wearing them turned out to be from the Nederlands (if I recall correctly), so, no cookie.

Some i-Buds, an endless flood of Sony and Philips 10 euro earbuds, the Sony in-ear buds that come with mobiles, and worse, whatever stock bud comes with all the cheapo falsh players that are flooding the market.

I even get strange looks for my (thick) recabled KSC75s and my PX100s.. And that despite the fact that they are mostly covered by my hair most of the time.

Two days ago, there was this idiot walking with a nano hanging from his neck and ibuds, and he chuckled when he saw the PX100s and remote coming out of my bag (px100s to govibe v5s with dual ad8610/8610 to imp550, I was playing redbook atm). I was really hard pressed not to tell him that his little piece of crap was to be beaten to a pulp in terms of sq, but...

I've also sported my HD485s in train rides and a few bus rides, but not particularly often.

Yep, i will never forget the look of those. BTW the foam was black, not blue. (maybe they were already a replacement)

I swear that I've seen a guy twice with some CD3000s waiting at a bus stop.

I would love to get a closer look and see whether or not I'm hallucinating but I can't get off the school bus.

Does anyone know a pair of huge grey cans that might be it?
