USPS tracking shows as delivered to my correct shipping address (my work address) on Mar. 24th. However, our company drives to the post office and picks up our mail daily, so "delivered" status means it was delivered to our local post office, not to our company.

Our mailroom staff has been looking for the package since last week and it has not been delivered to them when they go to pick up the mail. Our mailroom staff is very reliable and trustworthy so I'm confident they didn't steal it. (They don't know what's in the package.)

I went to the post office on Mar. 27th and showed them the tracking info showing it arrived on the 24th. The guy behind the counter said that it wasn't unusual that I haven't seen it yet and that I will get it.

I've PM'd and emailed Justin and haven't received a reply yet. I've filed a report with USPS yesterday. They called me back today but all they can say is that is was "delivered".

I just filed a dispute claim with my credit card company.

What else can or should I do at this point?

Perhaps Justin should start shipping insured and/or with signature required in the future.

I'm sorry it's missing, but most of the time it will be found within a few days. It's a white box that is about 4 x 8 x 4". Insurance is through me. I would send you another one after some time is given to allow the package to show up. A lost package is rare enough that that's the best way to deal with these things

If the DC adapter is plugged in, it will power the amp. There is also a voltage regulator inside to clean the DC adapter's power. The battery will only charge until it is full, then the charger will disconnect. If it's only slightly less than full when the charger is plugged in, then it will only charge for a short amount of time

Hey Jason....

Hate to be a bother while your busy with sending out units but I saw in another post where someone inquired if you had received their order and you replied "awaiting confirmation". I have not received a request for confirmation
therefor I assume my order has not been processed. Anyway, when you get a chance, could you please look into this?

Justin and I have worked out a resolution. We agreed to wait a couple of weeks to see if the pico shows up and if not, Justin will send me a replacement. I've cancelled the claim with my credit card company and they told me that Justin will not incur any fees or penalites.
