He will contact you before it's done to pay and he'll ship then.

I Pre-order one PICO amp only on Head-Fi forum at the end of last year.
It was No. 162 on your booking list, my ID is: satomansh.
I received the pico on February this year.
Then I pre-order another two PICO amp only via E-Mail. You said you will send them to me later and gave me the link for google checkout.

But I have not received them yet. I sent lots of mails for confirmation. Please reply ASAP. How soon can I have those pico amy only x2?

Justin,

Please cancel this order if it is not too much trouble (i.e. someone else on the list can be sent this same configuration)... Since I have not heard anything in the thread, pre-order list or email, I'll assume it wasn't started yet.

Please put me down for a black Pico with DAC option and a 1 foot USB cable.

Thanks,
mjb

Using your D2 you would only need the non DAC version. You will only be able to amp the headphone output. The USB input is only for computer digital output.

is there any big changes if i listen through the D2 or through the PC as a source?
so if i want it only to be portable i dont need the DAC at all cause i allready have it on the D2, right?

Not knowing the quality/codec that you're using for your music I can only guess at the improvement going from D2 as source to PC as source(using the Pico w/DAC). I haven't used a D2 but the iAudio 7 is reported to be similar(some like it better).

I use an iAudio 7 mainly with ER4P/S and ER6. Most of my music stored on my PC is mp3, mostly 245kbps +/- VBR LAME. These files I use for my DAPs.

If I play these mp3 files on my PC using Foobar,iTunes or MediaMonkey using the Pico w/DAC I hear a very nice improvement compared to playing them on my i7. If I were to amp the i7 with Pico there will be a slight improvement using ER4S, using DT-880 or HD 650 there is much greater improvement.

If you were to use the Pico only for portable use then you will have no use for the DAC version...but trust me, the DAC sounds excellent.
