I'd like to ask about shipping conditions (international shipment to Poland):

1. Is the shipment insured (what if the shipment is damaged or lost)?
2. Which carrier is used for shipping (quote: "International Express Mail Will ship via EMS,FedEx,DHL or UPS. Will arrive in about 5 to 7 business days.").

Hi, sorry for the confusion. 
 
Firstly, headphones purchased from Dec, 2012 have three years warranty.
 
Secondly, the warranty on the replacement unit depends on the warranty period of the original headphone.

Hi, we usually ship to Poland via Fedex or DHL with tracking number. For details, please refer to your PM.

HE-5LE has been discontinued for a long period of time. The warranty period is one year.
