Just bought and got one, to burn it in, is it enough if you stream music trough DAC to amp switched off ? Or do you have to have amp on and headphones plugged in. Thanks

You are right, this is why I find it pretty useless.
If the unit was mine and not a review loan, I would open it to find out if there is an SD card inside where I could install moode os.

Thanks I found the site and looking at the HDMI/I2S configuration and have a little doubt about my matrix spdif 2... it seems 2 of the pins is named differently on my matrix

I dont hope I have to pull out some pins on a expensive HDMI cable

@JackJohnson316 knows all about Pin 15.
Look up his posts. And someone here (maybe Jack) contacted Tubulus about making a custom I2S that solved this issue.

One last thing then I’ll shut up , that Sparkos preamplifier with a good quality headphone including the Gustard R26 pick a track that takes you away I’m pretty sure it put a 1000 yard stare on your face

Lol I’ve never heard a Sparko preamplifier in a system though I’m sure I’ve had that same look on my face after some Pink Floyd along with some good smoke .
