Im getting the he400 as well! But for under 200 i would say the Schiit stack? 
out of the reviews ive seen they seem pretty good for the price

This looks awesome for a set of bookshelf speakers but how do you use it with headphones when there's no jack? Unless I'm missing something

I've have the HE400's and i use the Yulong U100 amp/DAC,works great, got them on mass drop for 118.
