Don’t know him, sorry. Is he a YouTube reviewer?
Yes, he reviews new TWS constantly, but his measuring methodology is flawed because he uses the Mini ears DSP stand, which lack any simulated canals and just have straight tubes. Not really built to industry standards for FR measurements from what I understand.

So I tried these out under a different guise supposedly would help filter out background chatter in noisy environments. “Acoustically filtered” or something and the waveforms from outside noises would disappear leaving crystal clear conversations.

Snake oil IMHO…
Haha it's good to hear someone with an experienced opinion on them - I had my doubts on anything that would "enhance" sound in any way, especially when designed in a way that appears as though it would only baffle the true sound from its source, as opposed to compressing and improving the sound.

Hey, has anyone else had an issue with their noble triumph? I emailed them just now, but I might as well mention here in case if anyone has suggestions.

After I connect to my pixel 8, I get this weird ticking sound and they disconnect. I have been using them almost daily since August. I reconnected them, restarted my phone, hard reset in the case then re-pair. Tried one at a time, but either bud says connected then emits a ticking sound then disconnects (voice prompt doesn't say disconnected but I can see it's not connected after ticking sound).

Leds function fine. Fully charged, two feet from the phone, pairing is fine, it's not connected to anything else. First issue I have had with these since August. I emailed their support so will see.

Edit: I reset them again and that seemed to do the trick

I suffer with tinnitus and also in noisy environments I can hear every conversation around me with clarity but not the person stood right in front of (which results in me effectively lip reading but can be a bit intense when you’re staring directly at someone 🤣). Thought I’d give them a try. Utter dogsh*t.

I have a pair of the Loop engage which are more like an earplug with a noise filter which have made a massive difference. I’d recommend those but not the flare audios ear trumpets.
