Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

That's what I thought at first. I also don't think price translates to consumer audio, but what do I know?
Do you think interest on a home equity line of credit is deductible for headphones?
I meant the Max. My bad.
Either that or near the Focal Bathys/Mark Levinson 5909s.
Sounds like the Wizard is not as bullish on my sub $1000 price point as I would have liked. Are these wireless or wired?

I use Galaxy Buds Live for running. ANC is not great, but that's fine, I like to be aware of the environment. Also, because they're so old, they're cheap, so I can keep them exclusively for running.
My daily TWS is the Bose QC 2, despite some connection issues. A bit too much bass, so EQ is essential for me. Sometimes I change for the oppo enco x2, another great set, with a tuning closer to my preference.
Momentum 4 has great reviews, I'm planning to get them, but right now only the black ones are available.
glad to see someone else enjoys the Galaxy Buds Live ... I used to be obsessed with them, but with age somehow the connection got worse, especially when running ... as soon as I put my phone in the waist belt, no matter if front or back, I get tons of drop outs ... Phone in hand works fine.
Reminds me to recharge them and play with them today :)

Yea, I still use mine for phone calls. The audio quality is decent and the ANC is ok but I find the call quality and ease of getting them in and out of my ears pretty good.

South of 1K, a tad north of the Apple Max.

I feel we aren't focusing on the important thing which is that you've got a world first Planar + Dynamic system and it's NOBLE AUDIO!

These will sound awesome.

Is it a planar dynamic hybrid single driver like aviots tws? Or one of each?

There are two separate drivers within the cup, the planar is mounted on a pedestal such that the timing can ne controlled along with the angle of attack.

So that would make it a 2 driver per side Headphone (if one is counting)

I got the AZ80 to compare to the MTW4. The MTW4 phone calls are too erratic quality wise. They need to fix that with firmware. That's my major ding with them.

I like the MTW4 sound a bit better. I like the transparency mode better except the lack of sidetone, to Technics wins there until Senn adds that. I like the size of the MTW4 buds themselves. The case of the AZ80 is better size-wise as we all know. It's sad that Senn cheaped out here at this price point. THe AZ80 have so little headroom, the MTW4 get louder, they sound more dynamic overall. The controls are still better on the MTW4, unless you want to mute your phone calls, but especially with getting out of transparency mode and starting the music back up. The sound personalization on the Senn's is a nice feature that nobody else seems to have. I can get my sound dialed in better.

Haven't had this issue so far. I conject them to my Samsung watch though, which is probably equivalent to you holding the phone in your hand. My phone is an older Galaxy Ultra, so big and bulky, not very enjoyable for running. Watch plus Buds Live is the best combination so far.
I've also bought the Fiio JW1, very interesting set as well, but they let in too much noise, so it becomes annoying towards the end of my route.
