Anyone using the earfun air pro 3? I picked a set up cause I heard a firmware update tames the runaway bass. It's still unruly. What eq settings are you guys using?

You can adjust that in the app with EQ and the Volume Step Optimizer. No issues here with volume. My only grip is the fit, that said, once you figure out the trick, all good!

What app are you using to change the volume steps? Or do you have a Samsung, which has this option by default.

Hello, same here, I listen mostly to metal and with the volume step optimizer in maximum I cannot get to the maximum volume on my phone, it gets way too loud for me. I'm using a Samsung.

There is the final app (Final Connect) and one of the settings is the volume step optimizer where you can increase the maximum volume of the earphones. It's not a phone related setting.

Finally caught up again with this thread ... and seems I did not miss much
Since my last TWS purchase (APP2 back in January) I have been a good boy and did not spend any money on TWS (eeerrrrm, instead I spent money on older model ANC over ears and DAPs I could not afford when they came out, like the A&K AK70 or the B&W PX/H)

So, I guess I join the crowd in the waiting room ... we are still waiting for new Sonys and new Technics?
Whatever happened to the Bose 2 FW update bringing higher end codecs?

I sent them back. Just couldn't use them at all, default tuning and driver limitations meant I suspected EQ'ing would be a thankless task.

I did upload the FR to squig before I put them in the post though, if you wanted to try and EQ from that.....

LinkBuds S are great, my favorite tws. Perfect in size and comfort and with a very balanced signature. I would just like a little more battery life, which is only average.

I just picked a pair up at Wally World on clearance for 75$. They are my go-to tws now. The size and fit, along with great BT connection, make them perfect for every situation. They don't sound as good as my mystiques or orbits but but they both have issues. Constant drop outs on the orbits and random touch commands on the mystiques.

i have airpods pro, technics az60,but ordered today bose quuetcomfort II aerbuds try how sionds and how works ANC. also rwad they very comfy in ears
