No problem, but a battery life of an hour may not be a strong point.

Hi there,

Are there any plans for a global distribution, so Noble products would be available worldwide? You mainly focus on the US market only, for example the Rex5 isn't sold in Europe (at least not in the UK or Germany), apart from a very few stores which import them from the US but they're not official resellers.
If you really want to increase your sales, then you have to look beyond the US.
You can't expect someone who lives in Europe, to order the Rex5 from the US, paying all those import fees/taxes and deal with your below' bare-minimum 5!!! day return and warranty process from a different continent + also pay for the shipping. This is a joke, especially for the price.
With all due respect, no, sorry, its not worth the hassle with these conditions.

Have you tried to use our store locator?

I bought the Rex5 from an official importer in Poland (audio magic.eu). I had a problem with the charging case and they sent me a new one.

I don't buy tech gears in store and have
only found 1 online shop - Hifonix - which is listed on your website too. This is the only one in the UK, that's not good enough.
Hifonix don't do returns for in-ear products anyway, even if it's purchased online, which is against the consumer law.

The reality is, Noble is still a small company doing big things. Maybe one day, Harman International will snatch us up and with their sales channels we will be more easily available. (Put in a good word for me)

As for our primary focus being "America" the internal figures I have, do not bare that out. We are registered in America & have an office in America so assumptions can be easily made that America is therefore our primary market. The fact of the matter is, the demand for portable audio products is higher in Asia. (The lifestyle is more conducive to this hobby)

I wish you luck in finding a Rex5.

New Aviot stuff... TE-J2 with an 11mm piezo and 10mm dynamic combo. New design dynamic driver, BT 5.3, 12/52 hours battery life, ANC, ambient, multipoint, and IPX4. Tritan Renew resin housing claims to be tougher and improve acoustical performance and has a new "Concha Fit Design". Says a new improved app as well that will be compatible with the older models too.

I'm a huge fan of the BQEYZ Spring 2 iem, mainly because of the piezo implementation. It's my favourite iem in my small collection.

Do you know of a planned release date for this Aviot te-j2, and will it be available in Europe?

Also, having never tried or even heard of Aviot before, do any of their other tws have a piezo driver do you know please?
