Keep in mind that you won't know exact international shipping fee until the item gets to Worldshopping warehouse. Did quick math - looks like $344 and that's before the shipping fee and 500 yen handling fee. Approximately 3,500 yen for shipping+handling. Some places might also require custom duty, which would be extra and wouldn't know until it ships. 58,000 yen = ~$367 usd minimum (assuming no custom duty charge on top).

It's a hard pass for me. I sent an email asking if they plan on having it on amazon or some other site. I'm in no big rush right now tbh.

I think that's a loss connection situation.

Try this:

Leave the left side outside of the charge case

Keep the right side in the charge case

Press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds.

I just received the triumphs I m having issues similar one side is blinking not connecting I did what you mentioned earlier but when do I that both sides are only blinking one side doesnt connect no matter what am I doing something wrong ?

I know, but I just see too many people having qa issues with sennheiser last couple years. Mtw4 is too new to be certain it is better quality than mtw3 or not. Mtw3 was horrendous from qa perspective everywhere you looked.

I can only comment about my own experience. The MTW3 has been quite reliable for me, but I am just one data point. I actually don’t recall seeing many complaints here.

The guy you should talk to is "Kai" but you will need to contact him through e mail. Go to the contact section on the website & hopefully you two connect soon.

He has more experience with TWS troubleshooting than I do.
